摘要
从健康的香蕉组织内分离内生细菌,以香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense)4号小种为指示菌,通过初筛、复筛,得到一株分离自根的有较好拮抗作用的细菌,编号为BEB4。结合该菌菌落、菌体特征,生理生化指标及16SrDNA序列分析,初步鉴定该内生菌为枯草芽孢杆菌。经检测,该菌株能产生铁载体。
Endophytic bacteria were isolated from the healthy tissues of banana. A single strain of antagonist bacteria named BEB4 was isolated from the roots with Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4 as bacterial indicator. Observation of morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequences analysis showed the BEB4 was Bacillus subtilis. The BEB4 was tested to produce siderophore.
