拮抗炭疽病的柑橘内生细菌的分离与筛选 被引量:18

摘要 从不同品种柑橘果实中分离出16株内生细菌。对内生细菌的潜在致病性、抗真菌病原作用和促生作用进行的研究,结果表明,有2株可产生烟草过敏性坏死反应,15株能对1种或多种植物病原真菌产生不同程度拮抗作用,14株可降低柑橘果实的柑橘炭疽病发病率。研究筛选出4株对柑橘炭疽病有较好防治作用的具有应用前景的拮抗内生细菌,其中1株具有显著促进柚苗生长作用。 Sixteen strains of entophytic bacteria were isolated from different citrus cultivars. Results of the biological assay showed that 2 strains had emerge-allergy reactions on tobacco, 15 strains had anti-fungal effects to one or more fungal pathogens and 14 strains could reduce the disease rate of anthracnose on fruits. 4 entophytic bacteria strains with anti-citrus anthracnose were selected for more practical research in future; one of them could promote the growth of pomelo seedlings.
