摘要
高职院校学生职业能力的培养,是当前高等职业教育研究的一个重要课题。文章通过对职业能力内涵和特征的理解,提出了高职院校学生应具备的职业能力和培养对策。
To train higher vocational college students＂ professional ability is an important subject of present higher vocational education research. This paper introduces the inner meaning and characteristics of professional ability, and then puts forward the training countermeasures for higher vocational college students.
