摘要
研制了高选择性MgO-La2O3体系的甲烷氧化偶联催化剂,并考察了甲烷空速、甲烷与氧比、反应温度等对催化剂活性与选择性的影响,发现该催化剂可适应的反应温度、甲烷与氧比等范围较宽,但对甲烷空速的变化较为敏感。在最佳条件下连续反应了500h,该催化剂的甲烷转化率≥19%,C2选择性>75%,经XRD、XPS分析结果表明其催化剂物相稳定,催化剂的La在反应中向表面富集。
The MgO-La2O3 catalyst withe high C2 selectivity has been prepared .The effectis of CH4 space velocity,CH4/O2 ratio and reaction temperature on C2 selectivity were investigated, It is found that the catalyst is suitable for the wide region of reaction temperatrue and CH4/O2 ratio, but the effect of CH4 space velocity on C2 selectivity of catalyst is significant,After a 500h continuous test under the condition of T=800℃ CH4/O2 =8.0 and CH4 space velocity=10000h-1 ,the CH4 conversion and selectivity keep steady and ≥19%≥75%,respectively, The analysis of XTD and XPS shows that phase compoisition of catalyst is stable, and La3+ gathers on the catalyst surface with the increase of reaction time.
