甲烷氧化偶联反应在流化床反应器内的流动-反应行为及过程强化

Flow-Reaction Behavior and Process Strengthening in Fluidized Bed Reactors for the Oxidative Coupling of Methane

摘要 通过计算流体力学(CFD)模拟探究了鼓泡床反应器和提升管反应器内气固流体力学特性对甲烷氧化偶联(OCM)反应的影响,并提出多级进料策略以优化提升管反应器的反应性能。研究发现:在鼓泡床反应器内,高固含率和强返混会加剧C_(2)H_(4)的连续反应,出口的C_(2)收率仅有15.3%;在提升管反应器内,低固含率和平推流结构可有效减少C_(2)H_(4)的连续反应,出口的C_(2)收率达到22.1%。采用多级进料策略降低了提升管反应器每级进料的氧浓度,可同时提高CH_(4)转化率、C_(2)选择性和C_(2)收率,在三级进料方案中CH_(4)转化率为62.8%、C_(2)选择性为50.9%、C_(2)收率为31.9%,分别比单级进料提高了5.7、11.7、9.5个百分点。 The effects of gas-solid hydrodynamics characteristics on oxidative coupling of methane(OCM)in a bubbling bed reactor and a riser reactor were investigated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD).Furthermore,the multistage feeding strategy was proposed to optimize the reaction performance of the riser reactor.Results showed that high solids holdup and strong gas back-mixing in the bubbling bed reactor enhanced the continuous reaction of ethylene,which led to the C_(2) yield of the outlet was only 15.3%.In the riser reactor,low solids holdup and plug flow structure decreased the continuous reaction of C_(2)H_(4),the C_(2) yield reached 22.1%at the outlet.Adopting multi-stage feeding strategy to reduce the oxygen concentration of each feed,which could improve the CH_(4) conversion,C_(2) selectivity and C_(2) yield at the same time.The best CH_(4) conversion of 62.8%,C_(2) selectivity of 50.9%and C_(2) yield of 31.9%were obtained in the three stages feeding strategy,increasing by 5.7,11.7 and 9.5 percentage points respectively compared to single stage feeding strategy.
