摘要 研究了在MgO中添加碱土金属、稀土等助剂对甲烷氧化偶联反应的作用,并考察了添加氧化物、碳酸盐、硫酸盐助剂对MgO体系催化剂的C_2选择性和收率的影响.结果发现,在MgO中加入少量硫酸盐,可明显提高C_2的选择性及收率,筛选出稳定性好、强度高的CaSO_4/MgO的LM1型多组分催化剂,CH_4转化率29.92%,C_2选择性59.8%以上,C_2产率为17.89%.经300h催化剂寿命测试表明,性能稳定.采用XRD对反应前后的LM1型催化剂进行表征,发现反应后催化剂中出现新的晶相La_2O_2CO_3,该化合物对甲烷氧化偶联反应催化剂活性和稳定性影响不大. Effects of different alkali-earth and rare earth promoters on MgO catalysts for oxidation coupling of methane have been studied and effects of the added oxides, carbonate and sulfate promoters on C2 selectivity and yield of MgO catalytic system have also been investigated. It is found that the MgO catalyst added with a little sulfate promoter increases apparently the C2 selectivity and yield, and the CaSO4/MgO (LM1) catalyst has the best performance with CH4 conversion of 29. 92%, C2 selectivity of 59. 8% and yield of 17. 89%. The LM1 catalyst has also been proved to be stable during 300h life time test. The results of XRD show that there was a new crystal sub stances La2O2CO3formed during life time test, which has little effect on the activity and the stability of OCM catalyst.
