摘要
竹原纤维是从竹材中直接提取的一种新型天然纤维素纤维,为进一步拓宽竹原纤维的应用领域,采用高碘酸钠为氧化剂,对竹原纤维进行选择性氧化,可反应生成活性基团醛基,有利于对竹原纤维的进一步功能化改性。进一步对氧化后的竹原纤维失重率与强力损失率进行了测试与分析。结果表明:随着高碘酸钠质量浓度的增加和氧化时间的延长,竹原纤维氧化程度提高,纤维降解程度加深,失重率增大,强力损失率增加。在反复实验的基础上对氧化工艺条件进行了优化,以尽可能减小氧化竹原纤维的失重率及强力损失率。
Original bamboo fiber is a new kind of cellulose fiber which is made from bamboo. In order to develop it's application domain extensively, the cellulose of original bamboo fiber is prepared by selective oxidation with NalO4. Reactive aldehyde groups are formed which benefit functional treatment of original bamboo fiber. The weight loss rate and strength decrease rate of oxidized original bamboo fiber are tested and studied in this paper. The result shows that the degree of oxidation and degradation of original bamboo fiber improve with increasing of oxidant concentration and oxidation time. Meanwhile, the weight loss rate and strength decrease rate of original bamboo fiber also increase. Optimal oxidation processing is studied to decrease the weight loss rate and strength decrease rate as low as possible.
