摘要
为了进一步开发功能性纤维材料和新型纤维素基材料,采用高碘酸钠对棉纤维进行局部有限选择性氧化,再与胶原蛋白溶液反应,制备了胶原蛋白涂覆棉纤维,并通过对棉纤维经胶原蛋白涂覆处理后的微观形态和聚集态结构的分析,研究了胶原蛋白涂覆处理后棉纤维微细结构的变化。分析表明:胶原蛋白分子与氧化棉纤维之间形成亚胺结构;有限氧化棉纤维经胶原蛋白涂覆处理后结晶度无明显改变,其热稳定性有所提高。
For exploiting the advanced functional fiber and new cellulose-based materials, a new cotton fiber modified with collagen protein was prepared through limited selective oxidation of cotton thread by sodium periodate, followed by reacting with the solution of collagen protein. Through analyzing the micro-morphology and the aggregation structure of cotton fiber treated with collagen protein, the changes in the micro-structure of cotton fiber coated with collagen were studied. The analysis suggested that the imine structure bonds were formed between collagen molecule and oxidized cotton fiber, and the treated fiber exhibited little change in crystallinity and marked enhancement in thermal stability .
