摘要
由已成为工业标准的以太网技术发展而来的LXI是解决下一代测试系统理想的解决方案,有必要对LXI仪器进行深入研究。提出了LXI测试网络中实时性和安全性方面问题,并提供了解决方案,同时详细分析了各种触发方式的特点以及其适用的仪器类别。在深入分析了IEEE1588协议的基础上,设计了以FPGA为核心的LXI仪器硬件框架。通过SOPC设计方法对FPGA进行开发,并用verilog语言设计了时间戳状态机以实现B类仪器功能。
LXI is NxTest ATS's perfect resolvent, which developed from Industry Standard. So need to research LXI thoroughly. This paper raises a point of the Real_time and Security of LXI network testing, and provides a way to solve. Analyze various characteristic of trigger mode and its application class in detail. Design the hardware structure of LXI instrument which core chip is FPGA through analyzing IEEE1588 protocol. Develop FPGA by the SOPC technique and time stamp state machine by verilog language.
