摘要
目的:研究丹参酮对于自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血浆中的血管活性物质:内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素(AngⅡ)、心钠素(ANP)的影响。方法:SHR大鼠24只随机分为3组:对照组,丹参酮组,缬沙坦组。8只Wistar大鼠为正常对照组。给予相应的药物治疗4周后,测量鼠尾血压和心肌重量,并用放免法检测血浆中内皮素、血管紧张素、心钠素的浓度。结果:丹参酮组和缬沙坦组治疗4周后,血压较SHR对照组略有下降(P<0.01);SHR对照组心室的重量、心室/体重指数均显著高于其他组(P<0.05);经丹参酮和缬沙坦治疗后,内皮素、血管紧张素、心钠素均较SHR对照组有不同程度的降低(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮能够影响血管活性物质的含量,并能对逆转心室肥厚起到一定的效果。
Objective: To study the effects of Tanshinone on the vasoactive peptides in the plasma of spontaneously hy- pertensive rats(SHR) for example : endothelin, angiotensinⅡ and atrial natriuretic factor. Methods : Twenty four male SHR were randomly divided into positive control group, Tanshinone group and Valsartan group. Eight male Wistar rats were as a normal control group. After 4 weeks intervention, blood pressure of the rat tail, weight of myocardium and the contents of endothelin,angiotensin Ⅱ nd atrial natriuretic factor were measured. Results: After 4 weeks intervention, the blood pressure of Tanshinone group and Valsartan group decreased than positive control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The ventricle weights and ventricle weight/body weight index of positive control group were higher than other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The contents of endothelin, angiotensin Ⅱ and atrial natriuretic factor in Tanshinone group and Valsartan group were lower than positive control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Tanshinone could decreased the contents of endothelin ,angiotensinⅡ and atrial natriuretie factor in the plasma of spontaneously hypertensive rats, and which might be attenuated ventricular hypertrophy.
