摘要
目的:了解甘肃省回、藏少数民族五岁以下儿童喂养方式对生长发育的影响。方法:采用随机分层抽样、入户访问和身高、体重测量等方法。结果:甘肃省回、藏少数民族五岁以下儿童的营养状况比汉族儿童差,中、重度营养不良的患病率高,以身高降低为突出,提示为长期的慢性营养不良。结论:喂养方式和辅食添加是影响少数民族儿童体格发育的重要因素,但直接原因是经济条件和喂养观念的制约。应通过健康宣教、财政支持、科研统计及政府干预等综合措施来提高少数民族儿童的健康水平。
Objective：To find out how feeding patterns affect the growing development of children under 5 age of Hui and Zang Nationality in Gansu Province.Methods：We use some effective methods such as random sampling method,interview among households and weight measurement.Results：The Nutritional Status of the children under 5 age of Hui and Zang Nationality is worse than the status of the children of Han Nationality in Gansu Province.The prevalence rate of severe and moderate malnutrition is very high.This is profoundly manifested in the following ways：the stature becomes smaller and smaller.The reason is chronic malnutrition.Conclusions：Feeding patterns and complementary feeding are the most important reasons for affecting the physical development of ethnic minority children.However, the direct reason is the limit of economic conditions and feeding concept.We should use some comprehensive technologies intervened by the government, for example,health education units,financial support,statistics of scientific research to improve the health level of ethnic minority children.
