摘要
以菌丝体生物量为测量指标,筛选出肉色杯伞液体发酵培养基最佳碳源、氮源和培养基配方。结果表明:最佳碳源为玉米粉,最佳氮源为豆饼粉,最佳培养基配方为:玉米粉3.0%,豆饼粉1.5%,KH2PO40.3%,MgSO4.7H2O 0.1%,VB110.0mg/L。
Taking biomass of mycelium as measurement index,screened Clitocybe geotropea liquid fermentation medium based on optimum carbon source,nitrogen source and medium formula.The results showed that the best carbon source was corn flour, the best nitrogen source was soybean powder,the optimal medium formula were as follows： corn flour 3%,soybean powder 1.5%, KH2PO4 0.3%,MGSO4 ·7H2O 0.1%,VB1 10mg/L.
