摘要
培养创新人才是时代的呼唤,是形势发展的必然趋势。在这一新的历史条件下如何以党建带团建、促进优秀创新人才的培养,是高校党建带团建的重要任务。文章结合实际分析了高校党建带团建的重要意义,党建带团建的现状和问题,并针对问题提出如何发挥党建带团建的优势,加强学生科技创新能力培养的具体举措,对切实推动党建带团建、促进科技创新人才的培养具有积极意义。
Training scientific innovation talents is the need of times and an inevitable trend of social development. How to cultivate talents is an important task to the work of Communist Party leading Communist Youth League in universities. We analyzed meanings of the works of Communist Party leading Communist Youth League, discussed about its situation and problems, and proposed concrete measures to give full scope to its advantages and strengthen students＇ scientific innovative abilities.
