摘要
近年来,我国高等职业教育呈现出前所未有的发展势头,办学思想日益明确,办学规模不断扩大,同时,也对传统意义上的高校共青团建设带来了挑战。从分析当前高职院校共青团工作面临的挑战入手,提出了新形势下依托"党建带团建",在充分认识和把握高职学生特点的基础上,创新性地开创高职院校共青团工作新局面的对策和建议。
In recent years,our country has an unprecedented development in higher education.School running ideas become clearer and clearer.Universities and colleges are expanding.Meanwhile,it brings challenges to the construction of Party league in universities and colleges.This article analyzes the challenges we face,put forwards that we must fully understand the higher vocational students and innovatively carry out our work on the basis of ＂Party Building Leads League Building＂.
