摘要
大学生党建工作与高校优秀学生骨干的成长发展密切相关,也直接关系到中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的培养质量。高等体育院校的大学生党建工作应当契合学生个性特点和现实需求,大力拓展"第二课堂",构建能够发挥大学生党员先锋模范作用的培养培训体系,打造多层次、立体化、常态化的实践锻炼平台,真正提升大学生党建工作效能。
College Students Party construction and the development of outstanding students in colleges areclosely related, It is also directly related to the quality of the cultivation of socialist builders and successors to thecommumist cause. College Students Party construction should fit the characteristics of students＇ personality and realneeds, Vigorously developing the＂second class＂, Constructing the training system which can play the role of thecollege student Party members vanguard.
