人冈上肌和冈下肌的肌纤维型分布研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨冈上肌和冈下肌的肌纤维型分布特征和构成比例,为病理学研究和临床应用提供形态学依据。方法选取4例16~40岁(均死于非神经肌性疾病)死后12h内的人尸两侧冈上肌和冈下肌,在肌腹中部取材共16块立即置入液氮,随后作恒冷箱冰冻横切片(-20℃,厚10μm),用肌球蛋白ATP酶法染色,研究两肌的肌纤维分型分布,测定各肌Ⅰ型(慢缩)、Ⅱ型(快缩)肌纤维的构成比例。结果冈上肌和冈下肌的Ⅰ型肌纤维平均百分率分别为59.0%和57.3%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ型肌纤维呈棋盘格式混杂分布,在左、右侧别之间比较差异无显著性。结论冈上肌和冈下肌以Ⅰ型肌纤维分布稍占优势。 Objective To study the fiber type composition of the supraspnatus and infraspinatus muscles in order to provide the morphological data for pathological investigation and clinical skeletal muscle transplantation. Methods Sixteen samples of supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles were obtained from 4 cadavers (3 males, 1female ) at the age 16--40. Serial transverse sections were cut at thick 151,m and stained by myosin ATPase histochemical method. Results Fibers of the muscles were divided into Type Ⅰ (slow twitching) and Type Ⅱ (fast twitching) and mixed distribution. The mean percentage of type Ⅰ fiber of the supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles is 59.0% and 57. 3% respectively. There were no significant differences between the left and the right side. Conclusion The distribution of typeⅠin the supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles is slightly dominant and this study provide a basic data for fiber types of Chinese.
