摘要
取10例(男7,女3)3~69岁死后12h内的人体两侧前臂各肌共600个肌块,用肌球蛋白ATP酶法,系统研究前臂各肌的肌纤维型分布。结果表明人类前臂肌Ⅰ型纤维的平均百分率在45%~59%之间。从总体看,前臂肌中慢缩纤维占半数以上,其中屈肌群Ⅰ型纤维占49.8%,伸肌群占55.3%,伸肌群的慢缩纤维高于屈肌群,两者存在显著差异(P<0.01)。在同一肌群中,深、浅层肌间两型纤维构成的百分率各占50%左右,无显著差异。女性拇指的伸肌和展肌、指浅屈肌的第2、3两指和指伸肌第2、3指肌腹的Ⅰ型纤维百分率显著高于男性,前臂其余各肌未见明显的性别差异。结合肌电图和手的功能,分析讨论了这些差异的意义。
Samples of skeletal muscle in forearm were taken from 60 sites in each of 10 normal autopsy subjects (male 7, female 3) between 3 and 69 years of age. The distribution and composition of type I and type II fibers in the muscles of the forearm were studied by histochemical method for myofibrillar ATPase. The results showed that the mean percentage of type I fibers ranged between 45% to 59% in the muscles of the forearm. In general, the slow contracting fibers of the forearm muscles were slightly higer than 50%. In the flexors and extensors of the forearm the respective percentage of type I fibers were 49.8% and 55.3%. The slow contraction fibers of the extensors muscle group showed higher proportion of type I fibers than those of the flexor group and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01). In the same muscle group, the percentage of two fiber types of the superficial and deep muscle layers were nearly equal, and no significant difference was found. In females, the extensors and abductors of the thumb had higher proportions of type I fibers than in the male, and the percentages of type I fibers of 2nd and 3rd fingers of the flexor digitorum superificialis and extensor digitorum were higher in female than in the male. There was no apparent sexual difference in the rest muscles of the forearm.
