泮库溴铵和阿曲库铵对慢肌和快肌神经肌肉阻滞效应的比较研究

Comparison of neuromuscular blockade in slow and fast muscles following administration of pancuronium or atracurium in rats

摘要 应用14只大鼠坐骨神经-比目鱼肌(慢肌)、胫骨前肌(快肌)在体实验模型,以肌松药累积给药方法,比较泮库溴铵和阿曲厍铵对慢肌和快肌伸经肌肉阻滞的效应。结果发现在慢肌和快肌之间,泮库溴铵或阿曲库铵肌肉颤搐抑制的ED_(50)、ED_(90)、恢复指数、最大阻滞和最大恢复基本相似(P>0.05)。提示慢肌与快肌之间泮库溴铵或阿曲库铵神经肌肉阻滞的量-效关系和时-效关系无明显差异。 It was reported that fast muscles are more sensitive to the effects of d-tubocurarine than slow muscles. To compare the neuromuscular blockade in slow and fast muscles after pancuronium (Pan) or atracurium (Arc) in vivo, the sciatic nerve-soleus (slow),tibialis anterior (fast) muscles preparations of 14 Wistar rats were performed. The sciatic nerves were stimulated with supramaximal rectangular pulses of 0.2msec at 0.2Hz. The cumulative administrations of Pan or Arc were applied. There were not signficant differences (P>0.05) in ED,ED, recovery index (time between 25% and 75% recovery),the maximal depression and the maximal recovery of twitch response between slow and fast muscles following Pan or Ate. It is indicated that the dose-response and time-response relationships of Pan or Atc may be similar in slow muscles to those in fast muscles.
