茂金属聚乙烯与通用型聚乙烯共混物的物理机械性能与流变行为 被引量:3

Mechanical properties and rheological behavior of metallocene polyethylene and conventional polyethylene blends

摘要 用茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)与3种通用型聚乙烯[线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),低密度聚乙烯(LDPE 1,LDPE 2)]进行了共混,研究了mLLDPE质量分数对共混物物理机械性能及流变行为的影响。结果表明,当mLLDPE质量分数大于30%时,mLLDPE/LDPE 1共混物的拉伸强度得到改善;当mLLDPE质量分数为20%时,mLLDPE/LDPE 2(或LLDPE)共混物的拉伸强度较纯LDPE 2(或LLDPE)提高了约25%(或约13%);在高剪切速率下,不同组成的mLLDPE/LLDPE共混物表观黏度差别不大;用mLLDPE与通用型PE共混物吹制薄膜时,共混物能耗较通用型PE有所提高,但薄膜的撕裂强度和拉伸强度有所提高。 Metallocene linear low density polyethy- lene (mLLDPE) was blended with three kinds of conventional polyethylene [ linear low density polyethy- lene ( LLDPE ), low density polyethylene (LDPE 1, LDPE 2) ]. The influences of the mass fraction of mLLDPE on the mechanical properties and rheological behavior of the blends were investigated. The re- suits showed that the tensile strength of mLLDPE/ LDPE 1 blend increased when the mass fraction of mLLDPE was more than 30%. The tensile strength of mLLDPE/LDPE 2 ( or LLDPE) increased about 25% (or about 13%)when the mass fraction of mLLDPE was 20%. At high shear rates,mLLDPE/ LLDPE blends with different blending ratio were similar in viscosity. Films made from these blends were improved in tear strength and tensile strength, but the energy consumption for processing these blends increased due to their higher viscosity compared with conventional polyethylene.
