茂金属聚乙烯/高压聚乙烯共混物的结晶行为和力学性能 被引量:9

Crystallization Behaviour and Mechanical Properties of the Metallocene Polyethylene and Low Density Polyethylene Blends

摘要 研究了不同比例共混的茂金属聚乙烯 (MPE)和高压聚乙烯 (LDPE)样品的结晶行为、结晶形态和力学性能 ,讨论了共混物组成、升降温速率对样品结晶行为、形态和力学性能的影响 ,为MPE的加工提供了理论依据 .加入少量LDPE ,MPE材料的结晶速率、结晶度有所降低 ,抗张强度、抗撕裂强度降低 ,但程度均较小 .因此加工MPE时 ,混入少量LDPE ,既能改善材料的加工性能 。 The crystallization, crystalform and mechanical properties of different proportion blends of metallocene polyethylene and conventional LDPE has been studied in detail by using DSC, PM, SAL and stretcher including the influence of contents and temperature to crystallization and mechanical properties. The crystallization rate and crystallinity decrease when adding in LDPE, and so do it's tensile strength and breaking elongation rate . Within a blend composition proportion, phase separation is found in these blends during low dropping temperature rate and heating rate, but it doesn't happen at high dropping temperature and heating rate. This is favourable for keeping MPE's characteristic of intensity and uniformity.
