热处理条件对BOPE薄膜结晶、取向及性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Heat Treatment Conditions on Crystallization,Orientation and Properties of BOPE Films

摘要 双向拉伸聚乙烯(BOPE)薄膜复合时需要加热,对薄膜结构和性能产生不良影响,研究加热温度及加热时间对BOPE薄膜的影响具有重要意义。探究BOPE薄膜在不同热处理温度、不同热处理时间下的微观结构、取向、光学及力学性能。结果表明:与热处理前相比,热处理时间为15 min,热处理温度为100℃时,BOPE薄膜的结晶度增大0.4%;但热处理温度高于105℃,BOPE薄膜结晶度减小。热处理温度为100℃,随着热处理时间的增加,BOPE薄膜的结晶度先增加后减小。随着热处理温度的升高、热处理时间的延长,BOPE薄膜主要沿横向(TD)取向。当热处理温度为100℃,热处理时间为15 min和40 min的BOPE薄膜的透光率较小、雾度较大、横向(TD)和纵向(MD)的断裂强度较大。因此,BOPE薄膜最佳热处理条件为100℃热处理15 min。 Biaxially oriented polyethylene(BOPE)films need to be heated when they are composited,which have adverse effects on the structure and properties of the films.It is of great significance to study the effects of heating temperature and heating time on BOPE films.The microstructure,orientation,optical and mechanical properties of BOPE films at different heat treatment temperatures and different heat treatment times were investigated.The results show that compared with before heat treatment,when the heat treatment time is 15 min and the heat treatment temperature is 100℃,the crystallinity of BOPE film is increased 0.4%.But when the heat treatment temperature is higher than 105℃,the crystallinity of BOPE film is decreased.When the heat treatment temperature is 100℃,the crystallinity of BOPE film increases first and then decreases with the increasing of heat treatment time.With the increasing of heat treatment temperature and the extension of heat treatment time,BOPE films mainly orient along the transverse direction(TD).When the heat treatment temperature is 100℃,the heat treatment time is 15 min and 40 min,the transmittance of BOPE film is small,the haze is large,and the transverse(TD)and longitudinal(MD)fracture strength is large.Therefore,the optimal heat treatment condition of BOPE film is 100℃heat treatment for 15 min.
