摘要
[目的]探讨有效降低气管切开术后并发症护理的防范措施。[方法]回顾分析60例气管切开术后病人,将其分为干预组和对照组,观察比较术后并发症发生的情况。[结果]干预组术后并发症发生构成比为30%,对照组术后并发症发生构成比为70%,两组经统计学比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]气管切开术后针对常见并发症发生的原因,采取前瞻性的护理干预,可以有效地降低并发症的发生率,提高抢救的成功率和治疗的有效率。
Objective：To probe into nursing precautions to reduce complications of patients after undergoing tracheotomy effectively. Methods： A total of 60 patients after undergoing tracheotomy were divided into intervention and control group. And the occurrence of postoperative complications among the two group cases was compared. Results： The constituent ratio of postoperative complication in intervention group was 30%, and 70% in control group. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Aiming at causes of common complications after accepting tracheotomy to adopt the forward - looking nursing intervention may reduce the incidence of complications effectively and enhance the salvage achievement ratio and treatment effectiveness.
