摘要
为了研制一种新型的骨转移疼痛缓解治疗剂-(188)Re-HEDP,合成了配体HEDP,产率大于90%,并用自制(188)W-(188)Re发生器产生的(188)Re标记HEDP。系统地研究了HEDP、SnCl2和VitC的量,溶液pH值,反应温度和反应时间对标记产额的影响。标记物经HPLC和PC检测,放化纯度及标记率大于95%。在体外12h稳定。
The development of a new potential bone pain palliation agent, 188Re--HEDP,was described here. The ligand HEDP was synthesized giving a yield over 90% and the is8Re--HEDP was prepared with generator--produced 188Re. Labelling yield and radiochemical purity were determined by TLC and HPLC. The optimal labelling conditions were systematically investigated and the kit formulation was developed.The labelling efficiency of 188Re--HEDP was greater than 95%, and the radiochemicalpurity was still over 90% after stored at 15℃ for 12 hrs.
