摘要
探讨了医院中隐性激励的定义及其作用。分析了医院建立隐性激励机制的基础,医院内部和外部市场发生的深刻变化。建议在医院中建立隐性激励机制,包括医生名誉机制、职业发展机制、健全评价体系、创造公平的环境和培育良好的医院文化。提出发挥隐性激励作用,提高员工效率,是缓解卫生资源短缺的方法之一。
The article discussed the definition and functions of implicit incentives in hospitals. It analyzed the basis of creating implicit incentives in hospitals according to the profound changes happened both inside and outside the hospitals. The authors suggest that an implicit incentives be established including honorary doctor mechanism, career development mechanism, complete evaluation system, environmental justice and excellent hospital culture. The creation of an implicit incentives is one of the ways to relieve the shortage of health resources.
