摘要
分析了分离磁性物和非磁性物所用磁滑轮承载传动扭矩能力受到限制的原因;提出了在摩擦部件间置入薄软铝板以增大其传递扭矩能力的方法。其原理是通过改变摩擦偶件间的实际接触面积来改变摩擦偶件间的摩擦系数,提高了磁滑轮传递扭矩的能力,生产实践中已得到应用,效果非常理想。
The process flow of producing eutectic A1 - Si alloy by carbothermal reduction was introduced, and the energy consumption of producing euteetic A1 - Si ahoy by melt mixture and carbothermal reduction was studied. The results show that comparing with producing eutectic A1 -Si alloy by melt mixture, the energy consumption of producing eutectic A1 - Si alloy by carbotherrnal reduction can reduce by over 5 %, and the cost save by over 700 yuan.
