摘要
利用有限元法对片式离合器在接合过程中瞬态温度场以及热-结构耦合应力场进行数值计算。与二维模型相比,三维模型的数值计算可以更加真实地描述片式离合器摩擦偶件的温度场和由于结构导致的非线性分布应力场,计算结果对离合器进行结构优化设计具有指导意义。
Numerical simulation on the process of friction disc jointing by finite element method is presented in the article. Compared with 2-dimension model, numerical calculation of 3-dimension friction couple solid model of friction disc describes the temperature field and thermal stress field with nonlinear distribution caused by structure, and its result will be the reference to subsequent optimizing structure analysis of the friction disc.
