摘要
根据多绳摩擦提升机的具体工况,分析钢丝绳与衬垫之间的接触形式以及实际接触面积对摩擦传动的影响,获得了相对滑速和比压与摩擦系数之间的相关规律,并对传统的欧拉公式进行了修正,得出了多绳摩擦提升的摩擦传动方程。研究结果对多绳摩擦提升机的防滑可靠性设计具有一定的理论价值。
According to the detail working conditions of multi rope friction winders,the authors analyzed the contacting pattern between rope and liner and the effects of actual contacting area on friction drive,and had knowledge of the relative regularities between the relative sliding velocity,specific pressure and the friction coefficient.Meanwhile,they modified the traditional Euler's formula and obtained the friction drive equation for multi rope friction winders.The results are of certain theoretical value to the sliding proof reliability design of multi rope friction winders.
