摘要
本文通过对广东现代远程教育的发展现状进行调研,总结广东省现代远程教育试点工作的成果,分析广东现代远程教育发展中存在的问题及原因,研究广东现代远程教育的发展对策。
Based on empirical analysis, case study and dada analysis, this study reports on the development of distance education in Guangdong. Research findings indicate that although great progress has been made there remain some problems that need properly addressing. For example, distance education in Guangdong is characterized by a preference of diploma/degree programs over nondiploma/nondegree programs; external learning centers are distributed in the economically advanced Pearl River Delta Zone while not enough are found in the less developed East Guangdong and West Guangdong; there is still a long way to go for distance education institutions to share their resources. In the light of existing problems, several solutions are proposed in the article.
