摘要 [目的]研究从峨参中提取峨参内酯的最佳工艺。[方法]采用超声波提取和回流提取方法,应用正交试验进行优化,以峨参内酯为指标性成分,通过高效液相法测定提取的峨参内酯含量。[结果]超声波提取法的最佳提取条件为甲醇量120 ml,超声频率90 Hz,超声时间30 min;回流提取法的最佳提取条件为甲醇量60 ml,回流温度65℃,回流时间90 min。[结论]初步掌握了提取时间、甲醇量和提取温度相互作用对峨参提取率的影响,且回流提取率优于超声波提取率。该工艺设计合理、稳定、可行,有较强的实用价值。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the best technology of extracting anthricin from the roots of Anthriscus sylvestris. [ Method ] Using ultrasonic extraction and reflux extraction separately, the orthogonal test was carried out to optimize the extraction conditions;Using anthricin as index component, HPLC was used to analyze the content of anthricin extracted from the roots of Anthriscus sylvestris. [ Result] The optimum extraction conditions of ultrasonic extraction were determined as follows: methanol volume of 120 ml, ultrasonic frequency of 90 Hz, time of 30 rain ; And the optimum eonditions of reflux extraction were obtained : methanol of 60 ml, temperature of 65 ℃, time of 90 min. [ Conclusion ] The effects of the time, methanol and temperature on the extraction ratio of anthriein from the roots of Anthriscus sylvestris were preliminarily mastered. The extraction ratio of the ultrasonic extraction was higher than that of reflux extraction. And the process design is reasonable, stable, feasible, and possesses high practical value.
