摘要
[目的]研究西洋参提取物对羟基自由基的清除效果。[方法]以市售西洋参为原料,用不同溶度乙醇浸提西洋参,采用正交试验法对影响西洋参总黄酮提取率的主要因素进行研究和分析,考察了乙醇浓度、回流温度、回流时间及料液比4个因素对西洋参总黄酮提取率的影响,并筛选出最佳工艺条件。[结果]西洋参黄酮乙醇浸提最佳条件为浸提时间2 h,固液比1:25 g/ml,浸提温度55℃。同时考察了在Fe2+-水杨酸和H2O2发生羟基自由基的模拟体系中测定西洋参提取液对.OH的清除效果。[结论]该研究为证明西洋参的药用价值提供了科学依据。
[Objective] To study Panax quinquefolium extracts on eliminating hydroxyl free radical.[Method] Total flavonoids from Panax quinquefolium were extracted with different concentration ethanol.Main influencing factors on the extraction rate were analyzed by orthogonal experiment.Effects of ethanol concentration,refluence temperature,time and solid-liquid ratio on extraction rate were investigated,and the optimum technique conditions were obtained.[Result] The optimum conditions were: extracting time 2 h,solid-liquid ratio 1∶25 g/ml,temperature 55 ℃.The ability of eliminating hydroxyl free radical was determined.[Conclusion] The study will provide a scientific basis for proving medical value of Panax quinquefolium.
