摘要
[目的]研究峨眉山峨参根的化学成分。[方法]采用柱色谱及薄层色谱进行分离纯化,根据其理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。[结果]分离得到6个化合物,分别为邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基)-己酯(Ⅰ)、2-甲基-7,9-十一二稀酸庚酯(Ⅱ)、谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、十八碳二烯酸(Ⅳ)、(Z)-2-当归酰氧甲基-2-丁烯酸(Ⅴ)、峨参内酯(Ⅵ)。[结论]化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ在峨参根中含量相对较高,化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物根中分离得到。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the chemical components from the roots of Anthriscus sylvestris in Mt. Emei. [ Method ] Separation and purification have been carried out by column chromatography and thin-layer chromatography (TCL). The structure of compounds was identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. [ Result] Six compounds isolated from the roots of Anthriscus sylvestris were diethylhexyl phthalate, 2-methyl-7,9- undecadien, sitosterel, octadecadienoic acid, (Z)-2-angeloyloxymethyl-2-butenoic acid and anthricin (deoxypodophyllotoxin). [ Conclusion] The roots of Anthriscus sylvestris have higher contents of diethylhexyl phthalate and Stigmasterol. Diethylhexyl phthalate was separated from this kind of plant for the first time .
