摘要
目的探讨应用Q-开关Nd:YAG1064nm激光治疗雀斑的临床疗效。方法自2007年10月至2008年9月,应用Q-开关Nd:YAG激光仪治疗雀斑患者86例。采用波长1064nm,脉宽3—7ns,光斑直径6mm,频率10Hz,能量密度2.4—3.1J/cm^2,并根据患者的具体情况选择适当的治疗参数。将光斑照射至皮损表面,经多次扫描,以皮肤呈潮红色为度。结果86例雀斑患者经3—10次治疗后,治愈58例,显效12例,好转12例,无效4例,有效率达95.35%。色素减退者2例,无色素沉着及瘢痕形成。对其中的66例患者进行了3—12个月的随访,仅有2例复发。结论应用Q-开关Nd:YAG1064nm激光治疗雀斑疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of freckles treated with Q-Switched Nd: YAG 1064 nm laser irradiation. Methods From October 2007 to September 2008, 86 patients with freckles were treated with Q-switched Nd :YAG laser in our department, and the parameters of laser therapy were following: warelength was 1064 nm, wave width was 3 to 7 us, light spot diameter was 6 ram, frequency was 10 Hz, energy was 2.4 to 3.1 J/cm^2. We chose proper parameters of laser to treat the patients according to the index skin character, and then the laser was irradiated to the involving skin. Turning rubeosis of the treated skin was thought to be proper endpoint after several treatments. Results All the 86 patients with freckles were success- fully treated by 3 to 10 times laser irradiation without severe complications. Among the 86 patients, the cases of well-healed, effective, improved clinically and inefficient were 58, 12, 12 and 4 respectively, and the effective rate was 95.35%. Hypopigmentation was found in 2 cases, and no hyperpigmentation or scar formation were found. Sixty-six patients were followed up for 3 - 12 months, only 2 cases recurred. Conclusion Q-switched Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser therapy is an effective and safe treatment for the patients with freckles .
