摘要
目的:研究微损伤高速磨削术的应用及其适应证选择。方法:磨削系统选用牙科高速打磨机,磨削头为8号球形车针。选择138例皮肤色素沉着患者进行皮肤磨削的应用观察。结果:术后5~14个月随访75例,皮肤总优良率为74.7%,总好转率为16.0%,总无效率为9.3%。结论:微创高速磨削术治疗皮肤色素性病变的最佳适应证为典型雀斑、老年斑、放疗性色素沉着、表浅瘢痕色斑和移植皮片色斑,禁忌证为不典型雀斑和黄褐斑。
Objective To study a mini invasive dermabrasion for skin pigmented lesion. Methods A high-speed dermabrasion system and number 8 ball-tipped dental drillers were used for dermabrasion and 138 cases of patients were selected for clinical evaluation. Results 75 cases of 138 patients were followed up 5~14 months postoperation. Total best-outcome rates reached 74.7%,total better-outcome 16.0% and total bad-outcome 9.3%. Conclusion The high-speed dermabrasion is best for the typical ephelides, senile keratoderma blennorrhagicum、radiative pigmentation、pigmented spots on superfacial scars and grafted skins, which could not be used for untypical ephelides and liver spots.
