摘要
目的:了解某区出院患者对医疗服务质量满意程度,为改善医院医疗服务质量提供参考意见。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,用自行设计的调查问卷对某区20所医疗机构2007年度4 000名出院患者进行信函方式调查。结果:回收有效问卷400份,总满意度平均分值8.01。战士、干部和离退休干部总体满意度平均分值分别为7.87、8.07和8.15。结论:住院患者对部队医院总体满意度评价比较高,但对"军人优先、合理用药、饮食保障及病房舒适度"等方面提出了意见。
Objective： To investigate the degree of satisfaction among the inpatients of military hospitals in certain command, and provide references for improving medical service quality. Methods： Random sampling method was used to obtain 4 000 patients discharged in 2007 from 20 military hospitals in certain command, who were asked to answer a self - designed questionnaire by mail. Results： 400 valid questionnaires were recovered. The general average score was 8.01. The average scores for soldiers, officers and retiree were 7.87, 8.07 and 8.15 respectively. Conclusion： The general evaluation to military hospitals is good. However, certain aspects need to be improved such as preferred service for soldiers, rational administration, diet and degree of ward comfort .
