摘要
目的:开展军队伤病员满意率调查,不断提高对军队人员医疗保障质量和服务水平。方法:2006年两所三级甲等综合性医院1月1日至3月31日所有出院患者中检索出军队伤病员发放问卷调查表,并回收统计分析。结果:伤病员对“医师”、“护士”和“医疗质量”、“医德医风”的满意率较高,对“后勤保障”、“就诊便捷”、“军人优先”的满意率较低。讨论:要加强组织领导,提高为军队伤病员服务的自觉性;要改善医疗和后勤保障设施,优化就医环境;要发挥技术优势,提升综合服务质量。
Objective: With investigation on satisfaction degree of the sick and wounded, we could improve medical support quality and service lever. Methods: The sick and wounded in two comprehensive hospitals were investigated from January 1 to March 31 in 2006. Results : The satisfaction degree of doctor, nurse, medical quality, medial morals were high, and that of logistical support, conveniency of seeing doctor and soldier priority were low. Discussion: We should improve service consciousness, optimize hospital environment, and improve service quality.
