摘要
图书馆员的职业生涯可分为职业生涯初期、职业生涯中期和职业生涯后期三个阶段,图书馆领导要根据每个阶段不同特点对图书馆员进行职业生涯开发,达到图书馆与图书馆员双赢的效果。
Librarians’ career can be divided into three stages： the early career,mid-career and late career.Library leadership should develop a librarian career according to different characteristics of each stage and achieve a win-win results in both libraries and librarians.
