摘要
目的初步建立肾茶药材的质量标准,为用药安全和开发利用该药用植物资源提供科学依据。方法采用理化鉴别、粉末显微鉴别、TLC鉴别等实验手段对肾茶药材质量标准进行系统研究。结果肾茶药材粉末显微特征性强,槲皮素TLC色谱斑点清晰。结论由于所使用的这些分析方法科学、简便、准确、可靠,可用于肾茶药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish the medicinal materials quality specification of Clerodendranthus spicatus Thuub Pre- liminarily, and to provide the scientific basis for drug safety and development and utilization of the plant resources. Meth ods The physicochemical identification, powder pharmacognostical identification and TLC identification were applied to study the medicinal materials quality specification of Clerodendranthus spicatus Thunb systematicly. Results The charac teristic microscopic of Clerodendranthus spicatus Thunb was strong, as well as TLC spots of quercetin were clear. Conclu sion The method above is scientific, simple, reliable and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Clerodendran thus spicatus Thunb.
