摘要
医学伦理情境教学是医学发展、课程的实践性要求和提高医学生伦理认知能力的需要。通过国内9所高校医学伦理学精品课程网上资源的回顾性调查发现,单一的医学伦理学课内情境引入,不足以根本改变课程教学的"说教"窘境。把医学伦理情境教学延伸到公共、医学基础、临床医学等课堂和临床实习等阶段,应该是较好的选择。
The scenarios teachings of medical ethics meet the needs of medical development, the nature of academic practice and improving the medical students' cognitive abilities of ethics. According to retrospectively surveying the online resources of excellent medical ethics courses of nine domestic universities, we found that the simple introduction of scenarios teaching in medical ethics courses could not reverse fundamentally the "preaching" dilemma in lessons. Extending the medical ethics scenarios teaching to such stages as public health, basic medicine clinical medicine teaching and clinical practice and so on should be a better choice.
