摘要
随着电池技术的发展,铝塑膜代替金属壳在电池领域开始广泛应用,膜封装性能决定产品质量[1],封装位置是封装性能的决定因素。通过研究发现设备最优封装位置为:顶封下封装位置321mm,侧封下封装位置320mm,底封下封装位置320mm。
With the development of battery technology, aluminum plastic film instead of metal shell starts extensive application in me battery field. Product quality depends on the film packaging performance. The packaging position is the determining factor of packaging performance. We discoveries the best packaging position through research. The best packaging positions are 321mm, 320mm, 320mm of lower packaging position for top sealing ,side sealing and bottom sealing.
