摘要
目前我国建筑施工企业的用工模式与精益思想要求存在一定差距。从质量控制、进度控制和成本控制三方面分析了该模式的不利影响。提出应按精益思想要求培养高素质多面手员工,增加员工系统的柔性,并详细论证此类员工在上述三大控制中的作用。
Nowadays, employment patterns in China's construction enterprises are not in line with lean thinking. So this paper analyzes the adverse effects of the patterns from quality control, schedule control and cost control. It points out that we need to train high-quality and multi-faced employees according to lean thinking to increase the flexibility of employee system. It also demonstrates the roles of high-quality and multi-faced employees in the above-mentioned controls in detail.
