摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐和苯胺为原料,丙酮作溶剂,乙酸酐为脱水剂,三乙胺、醋酸钠为催化剂,加入自制阻聚剂,并用正交实验法优化合成工艺条件,合成N-苯基马来酰亚胺。产品收率可达93%,纯度99.5%以上。同时简单的考察了阻聚剂的用量对N-PMI收率的影响。
N-phenyl maleimide was synthesized from maleic anhydride and aniline with acetone as solvent, acetic anhydride as dehydrant, triethylamine and sodium acetate as catalyst, adding self-made retarder and using orthogonal designed experiment to optimized the technology of synthesis. The results showed that the yield may reach 93%, the purity was 99.5 %. At the same time, the effects of the quantity of retarder to the yield of N-phenyl maleimide was basically discussed.
