摘要
在200t/a的N-苯基马来酰亚胺(N-PMI)工业试验装置上,以苯胺和顺酐为原料,有机酸为催化剂,采用二步法生产出N—PMI。通过工业试验确定了最佳工艺条件:以甲苯、二甲苯混合溶液(二者质量比1/1)为溶剂,混合溶剂质量分数为200%-250%,有机酸催化剂用量为0.007~0.008kmol。反应时间3.0—3.5h。稳定运行结果表明,产品收率达到93%以上,熔点达到86.5℃,质量稳定。
N-phenylmaleimide(N-PMI) was produced in 200 t/a industrial experiment unit by adopting two-step process method,with aminobenzene and cis-butenedioic anhydride as feedstocks and orgnic acid as catalyst.The optimized process conditions were determined by the industrial experiment:using the mixed solution of toluene and xyleneas solvent,the mass fraction of mixing solvent 200%~225%,the amount of catalyst 0.007~0.008 kmol and the reaction time 3.0~3.5()h.The stable running results showed that the yield of N-PMI was more than 93%,the average melting point of N-PMI was 86.5()℃,and the quality of N-PMI was stability.
