摘要
通过共沸法合成了树脂耐热改性剂—N-苯基马来酰亚胺,考察了原料配比,反应温度、反应时间以及催化剂用量对反应收率的影响,结果表明,该反应的优化条件为:原料配比为n(顺丁烯二酸酐)/n(苯胺)=3∶1,反应温度控制在70℃左右,反应时间为3h,催化剂用量为苯胺用量的0.2%。反应产物红外光谱确认为N-苯基马来酰亚胺,收率为83%,纯度为99.2%。
N-phenyl maleinide,an important thermostablity agent of the resin,was synthesized by coboiled method in this text,the ratio of raw materials,the temperature,the time of the reaction and the amount of the catalyst were discussed. The result suggested that the experiment was processed on the condition that the mole ratio of maleic anhydride and aniline was 3 : 1 under 70℃ for 3 hours. The product was confirmed by I. R. spectrum. The yield was 83% and the purified product was 99.2%.
