摘要
大鼠妊娠第1d给予2.5~12.5mg/kg米非司酮或妊娠第1,2d2.5~5.0mg·kg-1/d。结果显示:①大鼠妊娠第1d皮下注射米非司酮10mg/kg可完全抗着床,同一剂量单次与分次给药差别无显著性;②大鼠妊娠第1或1,2d应用大剂量米非司酮致妊娠第8d血中雌、孕激素明显下降;③大鼠妊娠第1d应用米非司酮10mg/kg后48h血中雌、孕激素显著降低。提示用药后血中雌。
Mifepristone was administered subcutaneously to rats on Day 1 or Days(1+2) of pregnancy. A higher dose(>10 mg/kg) administered on Day 1 or 5 mg/kg on Days(1+2) reduced the number of implantations to zero in all animals and decreased serum estradiol and progesterone on 8th of pregnancy. Serum estradiol and progesterone levels collected 48 hours after treatment with mifepristone 10 mg/kg on Day 1 of pregnancy were significantly decreased. Accordingly, that the decrease of serum estradiol and progesterone after treatment might be the important reason of the anti implantation effects of mifepristone in rats.
