摘要
作者探讨了尼尔雌醇对兔的抗着床作用。采用秋水仙碱阻断细胞分裂方法,检测子宫内膜细胞有丝分裂频率,酶组化技术结合显微镜自动曝光控制器观测子宫内膜碳酸酐酶(CAH)、AIP及PAS染色反应强度。结果表明:尼尔雌醇具有显著的抗着床避孕效果,与对照组比较,服尼尔雌醇兔的子宫内膜腺上皮和间质细胞有丝分裂受抑制,并且内膜间质AIP,糖原含量以及内膜上皮CAH活性均降低(P<0.05)。结果提示尼尔雌醇可通过于扰着床准备期子宫内膜细胞分裂增生及蜕膜化而阻止胚泡正常植入.
The anti-implantation action ofnylestriol in rabbits was studied. Using the method ofarresting mitosis by injection of colchicine,we detected the mitosis frequency of endometrial cells The activi-ties of carbonic anhydrase (CAH),AIP and PAS reac-tion were observed under light microscope combinedwith the histochemical method and microscopic autoex-posure control device, The results were as follovvs; l。Giving nylestriol orally to rabbits an day l of pregnan-cy produced an obvious anti-implantation effect ; 2. Thenumber of mitosis cells in glandular epithlium andstroma of the endometrium in the treatment group wasless than that in the control group(P<0. 05) ; and 3。Compared with the control group,the activities ofCAH and AlP,and glycogen content in the endometri-um decreased significantly in the treatment group(P<0. 05).The result suggests that nylestriol may preventthe implantation of blastocyst by disturbing deciduliza-tion of the endometrium。
