介绍了WTO的基本规则和中国入世保留声明,指出美日欧对该国稀有矿产资源的规划与立法保护,采取的规划保护、法律保护,提出美欧诉讼缺乏事实依据。
The basic rules of WTO and reservation statement of China＇s entry into WTO are presented. The plans and legislation protection of rare mineral resources of America, Japan and European Union （EU） are introduced. It shows that litigation of America and EU lacks bases.
