摘要
本文从分析矿地产勘查的资金需求特点着手，介绍了西方矿业大国加拿大矿产勘查的风险投资机制。并结合我国实际，阐述了在我国，借鉴国外成功经验的基础上。
The authors analyze the current situation of Canadian mineral resources exploration’s risk investment mechanism. Combining the practical situation of China, the authors give some constructive Suggestion of strategic plan system on how to establish effective the risk investment mechanism in mineral resources exploration.
