摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法,对安徽省316名高师体育专业本科生的心理素质进行研究,结果显示:高师体育专业学生心理素质结构由自我完善、社会适应、能力、职业性格、人际管理和再生素质6个因素组成。根据研究结果分析了安徽省高师体育专业大学生心理素质的基本特征,并在此基础上提出了实施心理素质教育的建议,为培养优秀的体育专业人才提供参考。
By adopting the documentary analysis and structured questionnaires and making research on 316 undergraduates majoring in physical education in Anhui normal colleges, it turns out that their psychological diathesis structure consists of ego integrity, social adjustment, competence, occupation character, people relation management and regeneration quality. On the basis of the result of research, this essay analyzes the basic features of normal university students majoring in physical education. It further offers the advice on implementing psychological diathesis education as reference to train physical education professionals.
