新疆阿尔泰人工虫草菌丝体及培养液对实验性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察新疆阿尔泰人工虫草菌丝体(CCM)及培养液(CCL)的护肝作用。方法:采用D-氨基半乳糖(D-Gal)致大鼠小鼠实验性肝损伤。结果:CCM及CCL灌胃可使小鼠肝损伤升高的血清谷丙转氨酶及谷草转氨酶明显下降(P<0.05),而对大鼠肝损伤升高的谷丙转氨酶及谷草转氨酶作用不明显(P>0.05),但可使大鼠肝损伤升高的血清前白蛋白明显下降(P<0.05)。病理组织切片显示,CCM和CCL对大鼠及小鼠肝损伤的肝组织均有一定的保护作用。 Aim:to observe the protective effect of artifical mycelia of cultivated cardyceps(CCM) and cultivated liquid(CCL) from xinjiang altai district.Method:The D galactosamine(D Gal) was used for rats and mice experimental hepatic injury.Result:The experiment showed that CCM and CCL could obviously reduce the rising serum alanine transaminase and serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase from the hepatic injury in mice( P < 0.05 ),but there was no obvious effect on rising alanine transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic from the hepatic injury for rats( P > 0.05 ).However,CCM and CCL could reduce the prealbumin rose from hepatic injury for rats( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:The pathology cut section shows that CCM and CCL have certain protective effect for rats and mice,which suffered hepatic injury from D Gal.
