摘要
用庆大霉素ip造成大鼠急性肾损伤模型,观察到人工虫草可使尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿蛋白(Upr)和肾指数(KI)较病模组显著性下降,光镜检查显示人工虫草可使肾小管上皮细胞的肿胀、坏死等组织病理改变明显减轻,透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)下可见细胞中溶酶体的改变和线粒体的损伤等超微结构变化亦显著减轻,上述结果提示人工虫草可改善肾功能,减轻肾水肿,保护庆大霉素对肾小管上皮细胞的损伤。
Acute kidney injury was induced by gentamycin peritoneal injection at the dose of 100 mg/kg for 10 days. It was observed that BUN, Scr,Upr and KI decreased significantly CMCs group compared with model group. Histopathological changes showed that renal tubule epithelial cell lesions were lessened obviously by microscope observation, and ultrastructural changes showed that lysosome and mitochondrion structural alterations were lessened markedly by TEM and SEM observation in CMCs group. These results suggest that CMCs has protective effect on gentamycin induced acute kidney injury in rat.
